Your personal data may be processed by being created and updated for as long as you benefit from our Company&#8217;s products and services. <\/p>\n<p>Additionally, when you use our call center or website with the intention of using the Company&#8217;s services, when you visit our Company or website, or when you participate in training sessions, seminars, or events organized by our Company, your personal data may be processed.<\/p>\n<p>The personal data mentioned above is used to carry out necessary operational activities within the company, to conduct necessary work with the relevant business unit and business partners in order to recommend suitable products and services for consumption and purchase to our customers, to ensure the rights of individuals by providing human resources management by our Company, taking the necessary steps for our Company to make, implement, and execute commercial decisions, ensuring the legal security of the individuals with whom we have established a business relationship and our Company arising from these relationships, and for similar purposes, without being limited to these, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. <\/p>\n<p>Additionally, your Personal Data may be processed by our Company as the Data Controller, as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK, without requiring your explicit consent in the following cases: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explicitly provided for in the laws,<\/li>\n<li>Where it is necessary to protect the life or physical integrity of the person themselves or another person, if the person is unable to express their consent due to actual impossibility or if their consent is not legally valid.<\/li>\n<li>Provided that it is directly related to the performance of the contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>It is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations as the data controller;<\/li>\n<li>The fact that the person concerned has made it public themselves.<\/li>\n<li>Where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims<\/li>\n<li>Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, data processing may be carried out for the legitimate interests of the data controller, based on any of the following conditions, for the purposes specified below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b>Scope of Use and Transfer of Personal Data<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your personal data is collected for the purpose of providing you with better service. This data is customized according to your preferences, interests, and needs and is collected to share the products and services offered by our Company with you, to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and persons with whom we have a business relationship, and to ensure the continuity of our Company policy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Your personal data is customized according to your preferences, interests, and needs and is shared with you for the purposes of sharing the products and services offered by our Company, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and persons with whom we have a business relationship, and ensuring the continuity of our Company policy. It is shared with our partners and suppliers affiliated with our Company.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>Personal data may be transferred to our shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the conditions and purposes of processing personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b>Rights of Data Subjects<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, the rights of individuals who are the owners of personal data are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The right to know whether your personal data is being processed,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The right to request information regarding the processing of your personal data,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The right to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The right to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within or outside the country,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The right to request the correction of personal data that has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of this action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As stated in Article 7 of the KVKK, even if personal data has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The right to object to a decision made solely through the automated processing of personal data that adversely affects the individual,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The right to request compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your request to exercise the rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Personal Data Protection Board has not specified any method at this stage, you must submit your request to our Company in writing, in accordance with the KVKK. In this context, the channels and procedures for submitting your written requests to our Company under Article 11 of the KVKK are explained below.     <\/p>\n<p>To exercise your rights as outlined above, please submit your request, which must include the necessary information to verify your identity and a statement specifying the right you wish to exercise as outlined in Article 11 of the KVKK, by completing the form in this information text and sending a copy of the form to our Company&#8217;s &#8220;<span>Bas\u0131n Ekspres Yolu Yavuz Sultan Selim Cad. These applications are currently free of charge. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the rates determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.  <\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b>Retention Period, Deletion, Destruction, and Anonymization of Personal Data<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your personal data will be stored for the periods specified in the legislation.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Article 7\/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data processed for specific reasons shall be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by the Data Controller upon the request of the relevant person or automatically when the reasons for processing such data cease to exist.<\/p>\n<p>Data subjects always have the right to withdraw their explicit consent regarding the processing and use of their personal data.
